Would you like a coffee? Lets try that again shall we. Would you like a Dalgona Coffee? Just the word Dalgona gives me all the fancy vibes. This drink has seen me through many lock down mornings. When cafes are non existent or you feeling fancy Dalgona is always a good choice. Given it takes more time to whip up "pun intended" than regular coffee. It is sure worth the time and effort. Equal parts coffee, hot water and sugar. Skip arm day and whip this using a standard whisk or go the express way and use a hand held whisk.
Makes 2 cups of Whipped Coffee
1 Tablespoon Instant Coffee
1 Tablespoon Sugar of choice (I use coconut sugar)
1 Tablespoon Hot Water
2 Cups of Hot or Cold Milk to serve
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk to form soft peaks.
Add the whipped coffee to cold milk or Hot milk. Both are equally yummy.
Note: The whipped coffee does not stay frothy for too long so I would recommend whipping the coffee and serving immediately. Find a nice quiet spot and enjoy.
